The general rule of thumb is to pick a citrus fruit and an alkali base.
Easily available citrus fruits are: pineapple, orange, lemon, lime, kiwi, apple or plum.
Anything sour is a good bet.
Then you’d want to balance the flavour profile out with an alkali or neutral base- think cucumber, watermelon, basil, or grapefruit.
Try burnt rosemary for that extra smokey kick.
Drop a couple of ice cubes in there and you’ve got yourself a healthy cooling drink that is big on vitamins and low on sugar.
